Good practice is not just "putting in the hours," but a real entry into the profession.
That is why internships and apprenticeships at Grażyna Janowicz's Chartered Accountant's Office are aimed at individuals who have consciously chosen accounting and finance as their career path and wish to develop under the guidance of an experienced practitioner.
Who are the internships and apprenticeships for?
We primarily invite:
-
graduates of accounting, finance, and economics,
-
students in their final years of financial studies,
-
individuals planning a career in accounting, audit, or taxation,
-
individuals preparing for the profession of accountant, statutory auditor, or tax advisor.
These are not "observational" internships. This is real work with documents, data, and processes, adjusted, of course, to the stage of development.
What can you learn?
During the internships and apprenticeships, participants have the opportunity to learn about:
-
the actual functioning of accounting in companies,
-
working with accounting and financial documents,
-
the principles of recording economic events,
-
preparing data for financial statements,
-
the connections between accounting, taxation, and auditing,
-
practical aspects of professional responsibility.
This is knowledge that cannot be acquired solely through studies.
Learning under the guidance of a practitioner
Internships and apprenticeships are conducted in direct contact with Grażyna Janowicz – a chartered accountant, tax advisor, and practitioner with many years of experience on the corporate side.
Thanks to this, participants:
-
learn correct work standards,
-
understand why certain decisions are made in a specific way,
-
learn about the consequences of errors and simplifications,
-
build solid professional foundations.
This is learning responsibility and professional thinking, not just technique.
Who are we looking to collaborate with?
We are looking for individuals who:
-
have a solid foundation in accounting,
-
are precise, responsible, and committed,
-
want to learn and develop, not just "get through the internship,"
-
are thinking about long-term work in the profession.
We treat internships and apprenticeships as a natural first step towards further cooperation for the best and most committed individuals.
Form and principles of cooperation
-
internships and apprenticeships are organized on an ongoing basis,
-
the number of places is limited,
-
the program is individually tailored to the level of knowledge,
-
continuation of cooperation after the internship is possible.
We only contact selected candidates.
How to apply?
Interested individuals are requested to send an email to biuro@grazynajanowicz.pl including:
-
CV with GDPR consent,
-
a brief description of your field of study or completed education,
-
a few sentences about your career plans.
We are looking for individuals who know why they are coming.
