Grażyna Janowicz Auditor's Office invites individuals who want to develop their skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and taxes for an internship.
This offer is for female and male students, and female and male graduates of accounting, finance, economics, or tax-related fields, who wish to gain their first practical experience in the accounting profession.
We do not treat internships as a formality or "hour-logging". It is an opportunity to learn about real accounting work, understand documents, processes, and the responsibility associated with this profession.
Who is this internship for?
We invite individuals who:

study accounting, finance, economics, or related fields,

have completed their studies and wish to start a career in accounting,

plan their professional future in accounting, taxes, or finance,

have basic knowledge of accounting,

are precise, responsible, and eager to learn,

We do not require extensive experience. What matters more to us are: commitment, reliability, willingness to learn, and a serious approach to the profession.
What can you learn?
During the internship, you can learn about, among other things:

the basics of working with accounting documents,
-
principles of organizing and verifying documents,

recording basic economic events,
-
working with an accounting system,
-
the links between accounting, taxes, and reporting,
-
basic principles of VAT, CIT, and PIT settlements,
-
organization of work in an accounting and audit office.
The scope of tasks is adapted to the intern's knowledge level and stage of development.
What does the internship look like?
The internship takes place in a practical learning model. This means that the intern gradually learns about daily accounting work — from simple organizational and documentary tasks to increasingly substantive responsibilities.
As part of the internship, it is possible to, among other things:

organize and archive documents,

assist with entering documents into the system,
-
support in preparing reports,
-
analyze basic accounting documents,
-
learn about document flow principles,
-
participate in the ongoing work of the office.
The internship is designed to help understand what accounting looks like in practice — not only from a theoretical perspective, but also in terms of responsibility, deadlines, and work quality.

From interested candidates for the internship, we expect:
