Training and Workshops

Good training is not about discussing regulations. It's about showing how to apply them safely in practice.

The Certified Auditor's Office Grażyna Janowicz conducts training and workshops for accountants, accounting firms, companies, management boards, and individuals responsible for finance, taxes, and reporting. The training is practical. It is based on experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and business services. Its goal is not only to impart knowledge but, above all, to streamline processes, responsibilities, and decision-making within the company.

Practice-based training

Accounting, taxes, and finance require not only knowledge of regulations but also the ability to apply them in daily work.

Therefore, the training courses conducted by the Law Firm are practical in nature. They discuss real situations, common errors, risk areas, and the consequences of decisions made by accounting, management, and individuals responsible for company documents.

These training sessions are for those who want to understand why a particular solution is correct, not just to replicate a ready-made scheme.

Who are the training courses for?

Training and workshops are primarily aimed at:

  • accountants and independent accountants,

  • owners and employees of accounting offices,

  • financial and accounting departments,

  • company boards of directors,

  • financial directors and CFOs,

  • entrepreneurs developing their companies,

  • persons responsible for invoicing, documents, and information flow,

  • companies preparing for KSeF, audits, inspections, or organizational changes.

The scope of the training is always tailored to the participants' level, the organization's scale, and the goal to be achieved.

Workshop instead of theory

Training courses can take the form of a classic training session, a workshop, or a closed meeting for a specific company.

In practice, this means the possibility of working on:

  • document examples,

  • processes occurring within a given organization,

  • typical accounting and tax errors,

  • document flow procedures,

  • risks related to management liability,

  • preparing the company for inspection, audit, or implementation of new obligations.

The goal of the workshop is to ensure that participants leave not only with knowledge but also with greater confidence in what needs to be changed, improved, or implemented.

Auditor's perspective

The value of the training lies in combining accounting, financial, and audit practices.

Grażyna Janowicz, as a statutory auditor, views accounting and taxes not only from the perspective of day-to-day operations but also from the perspective of reporting, control, audit, and the liability of managing persons.

Thanks to this, participants receive knowledge that is structured, practical, and grounded in the realities of businesses.

Collaboration with specialists

In areas requiring specialized tax or legal knowledge, the Law Firm cooperates with tax advisors and law firms.

This allows for conducting training in a safe, substantive, and competent manner, while maintaining a practical perspective on accounting, finance, and company organization.
